Job Description
- Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and deliver suitable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to ensure alignment.
- Analyse business processes and recommend improvements through IT initiatives.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the implementation of new systems and provide training where necessary.
