Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT Business Partners to ensure strong alignment between IT and business objectives.
  • Define and deliver IT strategies that support business goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Own and manage the IT Capex budget, ensuring effective resource allocation across initiatives.
  • Track spend, monitor project financials, and report budget performance to senior leadership.
  • Establish and optimise 1st and 2nd line support processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Embed best practices for incident, request, and problem management.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify technology needs and improvement opportunities across the business.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
  • Manage risks, resources, and timelines using appropriate project management approaches.
  • Monitor service and support performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-led insights and process optimisation.
