The client is a global financial services platform.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Swift Payments and Swift Messaging applications to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Offer second- and third-line application support for Swift-related infrastructure.
  • Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Perform system analysis and implement new Swift-related applications and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards for incident and change management.
  • Serve as the liaison between the technology department and business teams to communicate system updates and changes.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including workflows and system processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades and implementations.
  • Monitor and report on Swift transaction volumes and system performance.

The Successful Applicant

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Swift Payments and Swift Messaging infrastructure .
  • Solid background in Windows and Linux/Unix OS , including one of the following: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle.
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
  • Proven ability to work under high-pressure conditions with a structured and analytical approach.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in payments, settlements, or treasury operations .
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and change management processes.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in technical onboarding of new APIs and systems .
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Fix Messaging protocol and market connectivity protocols for global financial institutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in Swift Payments , coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
