- Process financial transactions promptly and ensure supporting information is recorded correctly.
- Reconcile account balances and investigate any differences to keep records up to date.
- Prepare routine financial information for review within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Keep client account documentation organised and easy to retrieve when needed.
- Respond to finance-related queries with clear, accurate information.
- Work with colleagues to meet agreed accounting deadlines and maintain reliable records.

- Experience in commercial property or client accounting environments.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate financial reporting skills.
- Confident managing rents, service charges and reconciliations.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
