Job Description
- Account Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with a portfolio of online retail customers - primarily independents and interior designers with online storefronts.
- Upholding Standards: Monitor and address breaches of trading terms, marketing guidelines, brand representation, and online presentation.
- Setting Expectations: Clearly communicate the standards and criteria required to retail the Company's products online.
- Guidance & Support: Provide coaching, advice, and structured feedback to customers - we carefully assess each partner to ensure brand compatibility.
- Commercial Development: Work with customers to further grow their accounts while maintaining premium brand positioning.
- Data & Insights: Analyse sales and performance data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and strengthen trading relationships.
- Negotiation: Apply strong negotiation skills to uphold commercial and brand requirements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Director, to whom this role reports, as well as colleagues managing regional accounts.

The Successful Applicant
- Strong B2B account management experience, ideally with an e‑commerce element.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High commercial awareness and an ability to uphold premium brand standards.
- Passion for interiors - interior design background is highly desirable, but a strong personal interest is equally valued.
- Confident analysing data to support decision-making.
- Someone who builds trusted, long‑term customer relationships and enjoys a consultative approach.
