Job Description
- Manage the accounts payable function efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Day to day management of a small AP Team.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve invoice queries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are appropriately documented.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role.
