You will manage a varied caseload covering:

  • Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
  • Inheritance Planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection and Trusts

You will also lead a small support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, particularly to vulnerable clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years PQE in Private Client law
  • Proven experience in estate administration
  • Strong communication and drafting skills
  • Empathetic, resilient, and highly organised
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
