Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers\’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Guiding customers through financial processes and procedures
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously improving service procedures, policies and standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
- A customer-oriented approach with a passion for assisting others
- Experience within financial services would be advantageous
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- A knack for multi-tasking, prioritising, and managing time effectively
- An understanding of the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
