Job Description
As the Shipping Manager you will,
- Support and develop the team to increase performance, engagement, and create a succession plan
- Oversee and manage all shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency in the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all shipping activities and transactions.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipping processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on shipping performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Shipping Manager should have:
- Experience in logistics or shipping operations, ideally within the chemicals industry.
