Job Description The Real Estate NQ will be: Advising on a diverse range of real estate matters, including commercial property and development work. Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements, and related documents. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing high-quality legal advice. Supporting senior lawyers in complex transactions and projects. Contributing to business development initiatives within the team. The Successful Applicant The Real Estate NQ should be: A solicitor or equivalent with NQ-1 PQE in real estate law. Strong knowledge of property law, including commercial leases, acquisitions, and disposals. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
