Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task trackers
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Support resource planning and scheduling
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and update status reports
  • Perform general administrative duties related to project execution

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a support or administrative role (project support a plus)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in a project environment desirable but not essential

  • An hourly rate of approximately £14.50 to £15.50, depending on experience.
