Job Description
The Personal Injury Lawyer will be:
- Managing a mixed EL/OL PI caseload through all stages
- Conducting client interviews and instructing experts
- Drafting pleadings, schedule of loss, Letters of Liability and Proposals
- Handling hearings and interim payments
- Assisting with multi‑track matters
- Using case management systems efficiently
- Liaising with barristers, insurers, medical experts and fee earners
- Meeting KPI targets and contributing to business development
The Successful Applicant
The Personal Injury Lawyer should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ year PQE in EL/OL personal injury
- Experienced in managing cases throughout the PI journey
- Confident with common case management systems
- Clear communicator and team player
- Driven, client-service focused, and aiming for progression into multi‑track
