Job Description
- Managing the real estate knowledge base, profiling and updating content regularly
- Harvesting and structuring fee‑earner insights to maintain best‑in‑class expertise
- Drafting, introducing, and updating precedents, guides and style manuals
- Assisting with preparation, testing and delivery of property‑related training and inductions
- Supporting business development via liaison with BD/marketing and editing website articles
The Successful Applicant
- A solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in property or real estate law support
- Skilled in knowledge management, precedents drafting, and training support
- Practised at organising complex resources and collaborating across functions in a dynamic environment
