Job Description
- Lead and manage complex derivatives and structured finance transactions.
- Advise on OTC and exchange-traded derivatives, securities financing, and structured products.
- Draft and negotiate documentation, including margin loans, repo agreements, and prime brokerage facilities.
- Provide regulatory advice on EMIR, SFTR, and related compliance issues.
- Collaborate with energy/project finance and structured credit teams to deliver integrated solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in derivatives and structured finance; exposure to securitisation and project finance is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Previous experience at a leading private practice firm or major financial institution.
