Now bringing marketing in-house, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive their online presence and lead generation efforts.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns in line with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using A/B testing.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, PPC, website, and other digital channels.
  • Manage website updates using WordPress.
  • Design marketing assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Manage content scheduling and engage with online audiences.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Support on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise content.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and reporting.
  • Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to monitor website traffic and campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with proven experience in PPC and social media marketing (paid and organic).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
