Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Resolve client issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\’s products and services.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve more complex customer complaints or inquiries.
- Contribute to the development of new procedures and processes to improve customer service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Prior experience in a customer service advisor role, preferably within the business services industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using computer software and online tools.
