Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
  • Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, such as share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
  • Conducting due diligence and providing strategic advice to clients.
