Job Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
- Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
- Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, such as share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
- Conducting due diligence and providing strategic advice to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
