Job Description

  • Advise bid, commercial, and procurement teams on legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts; manage disputes.
  • Support development of internal processes and compliance programs.
  • Maintain and update legal templates in line with legislative changes.
  • Deliver legal reporting per governance requirements.
  • Provide training to commercial and procurement colleagues.
  • Offer support to other sectors within the group when required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Interim Counsel should have:

  • Experience in technology, IT (including SaaS and licensing agreements) law and the protection of Intellectual Property Rights in new and innovative solutions (both tangible and intangible).
  • Knowledge of Defence and/or wider Government contracting policy.
  • Knowledge of public contracting regulations would be advantageous.
  • Must hold Security Clearance.

What's on Offer

Competitive daily rate of £550 to £640. Temporary position offering flexibility and valuable industry exposure. Remote working.
