About Our Client

Public sector client in the Kettering area are looking for an organised and experienced Administrator to join their team.

Job Description

  • Working within the Acquisitions Department
  • Part of the wider Admin team
  • Dealing with property acquisitions and all related admin
  • Assisting Housing Officers

The Successful Applicant

  • Organised and good communicator
  • Previous admin experience gained from an Estate Agent, Letting Agent or Conveyancing background
  • Competent with spreadsheets and databases
  • Working on a project in a brand new role
  • Able to commute to Kettering on a daily basis (some hybrid/flexibility but majority of role is based on site)
