Job Description

  • Leading the Accounting & Finance department and ensuring all financial operations are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitoring financial performance and reporting to the senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinating with other departments to maintain financial balance and predict future trends.
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to the team and senior management.
  • Managing and mentoring team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the Legal sector.
  • Exceptional knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
