Job Description
- Leading the Accounting & Finance department and ensuring all financial operations are carried out accurately and on time.
- Developing and implementing effective financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitoring financial performance and reporting to the senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Coordinating with other departments to maintain financial balance and predict future trends.
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the team and senior management.
- Managing and mentoring team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
