Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the technology workstream for a major integration programme.
  • Build and manage the integrated technology delivery plan across digital, ecommerce, retail, data, supply chain, and corporate technology domains.
  • Coordinate technical teams and vendors to deliver application integrations, data migrations, security controls, and infrastructure changes.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and programme-wide impacts, maintaining tight control of timelines and quality.
  • Validate technical deliverables against business and customer requirements.
  • Produce clear and concise updates for leadership, steering groups, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track implications of the technology programme, contributing to forecasting, cost management, and variance analysis.
