Day to day you will be the owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service cloud will help connect and automate our wider stack, including HubSpot. You will work across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and IT. This is a hybrid role and you will be expected at the office once a week. This role will involve Admin, Development, R & D - basically you will be the go to person for Salesforce in the business Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Own and support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot and other commercial applications. Explore practical AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, data quality and commercial execution. Maintain and optimise the company's CRM systems to ensure they meet business needs. Manage system integrations with other tools and platforms for seamless data flow. Provide technical support for CRM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems promptly. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support materials. Ensure the CRM system complies with relevant data protection and security standards. Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and recommend best practices for implementation.
