Description
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and optimisation projects
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and successful delivery
- Drive business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to support internal tech and change projects
- Manage risks, issues, and change processes with clear mitigation strategies
- Champion Salesforce best practices across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, aligning tech with strategy
- Provide expert guidance, documentation, and mentoring across teams
- Use tools like JIRA and Mulesoft to drive integration and delivery

Profile
- 5+ years' experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally in financial services
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects
- Skilled in project management tools like JIRA and MS Project
- Experience with Mulesoft integration is a strong advantage
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Holds relevant project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup within a fast-paced tech environment
