The Duck Creek Practice Lead will design and deliver modern, customer-focused solutions for the insurance sector.

The role will involve working closely with clients, internal delivery teams and the transformation office to understand business challenges and turn them into practical solutions that can be implemented.

Combining deep insurance domain expertise with technology, analytics, AI and operational services, they support clients across the entire insurance value chain, from underwriting and policy administration through to claims, finance and business transformation.

Description Lead the design and delivery of insurance services solutions across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, billing and reinsurance.

Work with clients to understand business challenges and turn them into clear, practical and deliverable solutions.

Redesign insurance processes to improve efficiency, scalability and suitability for automation and AI-led delivery.
