You will work as the primary resource providing Dynamics 365/CRM, MS Fabric, Dataverse and Power Pages/Power Platform expertise.
As the primary resource for Dynamics 365/CRM, MS Fabric, Dataverse, and Power Pages/Power Platform, you will be responsible for designing and building Power Pages applications, performing minor configurations, and providing support for Dynamics CRM/Dataverse. You will handle 3rd-level support and maintenance for existing Dynamics-based systems, drive user-driven enhancements, and contribute to the development of new systems. Collaboration will be key, working closely with IT Architecture, Platform Services, SharePoint/M365, and security teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and supporting Power Pages and Power Apps applications and sites.
- Providing 3rd-line support and extending the Dynamics 365 environment, with a focus on Dynamics CRM applications.
- Taking technical ownership of solutions from development to deployment and documentation.
- Managing escalated issues related to applications and services through to resolution.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile Background & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specializing in developing Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dataverse-based solutions, with a strong understanding of Dataverse application and data structures.
- Confident in creating and managing solution CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Extensive experience in customizing Dynamics 365, with a particular focus on CRM (Sales and Marketing) modules.
- Background in C# and JavaScript development, supporting custom extensions and integrations within Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Power Platform applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Knowledge of end-to-end connectivity (network/proxy) between devices and cloud services to support seamless integration.
- Understanding of Azure security principles and best practices to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to solution delivery.
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly valued.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and MS Fabric is an advantage.
