This role will be a mix of hands on coding and managing a small team of 5 other D365 Engineers. This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in London and the rest at home. This role is a mix of hands on coding in D365 and managing the 5 D365 engineers - around a 50/50 split Alongside coding you will help with project planning, 1 to 1s, code reviews, peer review, architecture vision etc Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Oversee the deployment of updates and enhancements to the D365 platform.
