Our client is in the Legal Sector and this role is Outside IR35 for circa 8 weeks. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant / Senior Salesforce Developer to complete and stabilise an existing Salesforce CRM implementation. This is a short, focused engagement (circa four weeks) requiring someone who can rapidly assess an in-flight build, align it to Salesforce best practice, and deliver key remaining functionality to bring the platform into operational use.
Description
- Rapidly assess the current Salesforce build, including configuration, data model and customisations
- Review existing business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-appropriate, best-practice solutions
- Identify gaps between requirements and what has already been delivered
- Complete targeted Salesforce configuration and development to deliver priority CRM and Key Account Management functionality
- Ensure the solution is scalable, supportable and aligned to Salesforce standards
- Support testing, defect resolution and business acceptance
- Provide clear estimates, risks, dependencies and recommendations for next steps
Profile
- Must haves:
- Strong, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Developer
- Proven experience delivering and completing Salesforce CRM implementations
- Able to work with incomplete or business-led requirements and convert them into pragmatic Salesforce solutions
- Strong best-practice mindset - knows when to configure, extend or simplify
- Confident engaging with IT and Marketing stakeholders
