The Head of IT will lead the technology department within a professional services organisation, ensuring effective delivery of IT strategies and operations. This professional services organisation is a well-established, small-sized firm with a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology department.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place and maintained.
  • Manage IT budgets and optimise resource allocation effectively.
  • Lead the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Own and optimise the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Business Central.
  • Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device compliance and security.
  • Oversee Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management.

Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum. Permanent role based in Manchester. Hybrid working.
