The Workday Financials consultant will involve work with clients to design, implement and improve finance operating models. They will work as part of a technology-focused consulting team, supporting finance transformation projects from early scoping and planning through to implementation and post-go-live support.

- Support the delivery of Workday Financials implementation and finance transformation projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and post-go-live support. \n
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, finance transformation drivers and opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency. \n
- Help design and deliver end-to-end finance processes across areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. \n
- Produce key project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, configuration documents and traceability matrices. \n
- Support solution design, stakeholder decision-making, project planning, estimating and delivery activities across cloud ERP programmes. \n
Profile
\nA successful Workday Financials Consultant should have:
\n- \n
- Strong experience delivering Workday Financials or similar cloud ERP finance transformation programmes. \n
- Good understanding of finance and procurement processes, including general ledger, payables, receivables, procurement, fixed assets and project accounting. \n
- Experience producing high-quality project deliverables such as requirements documents, functional specs, process maps and traceability matrices \n
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, documentation, reporting and presentation skills. \n
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and confidence working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. \n
