  • Ensure site readiness, technical dependencies, and operational alignment
  • Assist with global device deployment execution across multiple locations
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and deployment-day coordination
  • Support stakeholders across multiple time zones and sites
  • Provide on-the-ground deployment support during rollout phases

Profile

A successful IT Project Support Analyst should have:

  • 1-3 years' experience in IT delivery, programmes, or transformation
  • Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support environments
  • Exposure to Windows 10/11 environments and migration projects
  • Knowledge of enterprise device rollout or end-user technology deployment
