- Oversee performance, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms and networks
- Support design and ongoing improvement of IT systems and architecture
- Manage IT hardware lifecycle and maintain accurate asset registers
- Maintain and enhance cyber security controls, policies, and procedures
- Monitor vulnerabilities, security risks, and threats across systems
- Respond to and manage IT and security incidents
- Act as Data Protection Lead, ensuring GDPR compliance and data security controls
- Support audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
- Manage third-party IT providers and service delivery standards
- Produce reports on IT performance, risks, and compliance status
- Provide day-to-day IT support and act as a key technical contact for staff
