The HRIS Senior Associate will play an integral role in managing and optimising the human resources information systems, alongside the Senior stakeholders of the business. My client is growing the HR Operations team and are looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to enhance our reporting capability, maintain data integrity, and help us optimise HR processes across the business.
Client Details: My client operates the world's leading multilateral netting and settlement platform, which significantly reduces funding requirements by over 96% on average and helps minimise systemic risk in global FX markets.
Description:
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training for HRIS users across the organisation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement system improvements and updates.
- Generate and analyse HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the HRIS in a timely manner.
- Assist in the integration of new HR technologies and tools.
- Support the HR department with additional administrative tasks as required.
Profile: A successful HRIS Senior Associate should have:
- Experience working with HRIS systems.
