  • Lead the adoption of AI across the organisation, identifying opportunities that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical AI-enabled solutions and delivery roadmaps.
  • Establish and embed AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and ethical AI standards.
  • Drive AI literacy, enablement and cultural change by promoting responsible and effective use of AI technologies across all business functions.
  • Develop and maintain AI architecture standards, operating models, and best practices aligned with enterprise data strategy.

    A successful AI & Data Enablement Lead should have:
  • Proven experience in AI strategy, governance, architecture, digital transformation, or technology enablement within complex organisations.
  • Strong track record of partnering with business stakeholders to identify, shape and deliver AI-driven opportunities and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, build consensus, and drive organisational change.
  • Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, standards, controls and operating models.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, including ethics, risk management, regulatory compliance and governance.
  • Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance or similar environments.
  • Deep knowledge of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants and machine learning concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies, including Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and familiarity with platforms such as Google Gemini, Vertex AI or AWS AI services, alongside a solid understanding of AI and data governance best practices.
