Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of systems integration strategies to enhance organisational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify integration requirements and ensure seamless system connectivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support integration processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing swift resolutions to minimise disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in all integration activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to optimise system performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with organisational objectives.

Profile

  • Significant experience in designing, building and supporting application and data integration platforms, using the latest technologies.
  • Experience of working in cross-organisation project teams to deliver secure and robust system integrations.
  • Significant experience of working in a large scale, complex computing environment, including day-to-day operational management of high volumes of projects and service releases.
  • Experience as a technical lead, with responsibility for guiding and supporting junior colleagues, working collaboratively across teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise data integration platforms, e.g. Talend, Microsoft, MuleSoft.
  • Extensive experience of using web services/APIs to access and integrate with external and internal systems.
  • Experience of working with a wide range of data sets and file formats.
  • Ability to analyse and translate business requirements into solution designs that can be understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience of programming in languages such as SQL, Java, C, and .NET.
