Description
- Lead the design and implementation of systems integration strategies to enhance organisational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify integration requirements and ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support integration processes and workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing swift resolutions to minimise disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in all integration activities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to optimise system performance and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with organisational objectives.
Profile
- Significant experience in designing, building and supporting application and data integration platforms, using the latest technologies.
- Experience of working in cross-organisation project teams to deliver secure and robust system integrations.
- Significant experience of working in a large scale, complex computing environment, including day-to-day operational management of high volumes of projects and service releases.
- Experience as a technical lead, with responsibility for guiding and supporting junior colleagues, working collaboratively across teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of enterprise data integration platforms, e.g. Talend, Microsoft, MuleSoft.
- Extensive experience of using web services/APIs to access and integrate with external and internal systems.
- Experience of working with a wide range of data sets and file formats.
- Ability to analyse and translate business requirements into solution designs that can be understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of programming in languages such as SQL, Java, C, and .NET.
