We are seeking a dedicated and driven Process Excellence Lead to join our client's EMEA Sales Transformation team. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and effectiveness in sales behaviours and processes through lean six sigma.

Description
- Define sales CI strategy and deliver across EMEA
- Lead the development and implementation of sales process excellence initiatives.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise sales processes to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change strategies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team in new processes and systems.
- Identify areas of improvement and execute appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the company.
Profile
- A successful Sales Process Excellence Lead should have:
- Proven experience in sales process optimisation and transformation using lean six sigma or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and matrix influencing skills
- Knowledge in the manufacturing industry is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of supporting TOM roll out through continuous improvement
- Ability and rights to work in South West UK and travel internationally
Job Offer
- A competitive salary £70,000 - £80,000 (we are interested to speak to proven sales transformation candidates with six sigma black belt cert at all levels but the role is permanent only)
