Our client is a SaaS Business based in Leeds City Centre with a focus on Retail. They are looking to hire their first Lead Product Designer to help shape the user experience for next‑gen web apps and help transform Legacy on‑prem systems to modern web‑based portals. This role is 4 days a week on site in Leeds City Centre.

Description

  • Lead the end‑to‑end design process for digital products, from research to implementation
  • Discover and Define User Flows and Task Mapping
  • Low fidelity Wireframing, Interactive prototyping, Concept Usability Testing
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define user needs and business goals
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
  • Identify and address design challenges with creative and practical solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process

Profile

Must haves:

  • Experience with modern web apps and transforming Legacy systems
  • Experience in designing data‑rich, complex enterprise workflows
  • Worked on data heavy applications
  • Strong user‑centered design, research & usability testing
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Figma/XD/Sketch

Nice to haves:

  • React
  • Worked on SaaS products
  • Background in retail on FMCG
