Description Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. - you will be roughly 80% hands on coding in this role Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular reviews and testing.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
Identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
