- Coordinate programme activities across IT, Security, Facilities, and Operations
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency management artefacts
- Track milestones and proactively identify risks, blockers, and delays
- Support governance reporting and consolidate programme updates
- Ensure site readiness, technical dependencies, and operational alignment
- Assist with global device deployment execution across multiple locations
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and deployment-day coordination
- Support stakeholders across multiple time zones and sites
- Provide on-the-ground deployment support during rollout phases
Profile
A successful IT Project Support Analyst should have:
- 1-3 years' experience in IT delivery, programmes, or transformation
- Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support environments
- Exposure to Windows 10/11 environments and migration projects
