Description:
- Support the delivery and day-to-day management of Oracle Finance and related cloud systems.
- Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and patches, including testing and business communication.
- Work with third-party suppliers to manage incidents, defects, and service requests.
- Assist with small-scale enhancements and system improvements.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Translate business needs into system changes aligned with Oracle capabilities.
- Maintain system documentation and update process materials.
- Support user adoption, including training content and Oracle Guided Learning updates.
- Act as a key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers.
