Profile

A successful Technical Programme Manager should have:

- Experience in reducing cost to serve, contact volumes/ failure demand

- Strong analytical capability
/n
- Confident in analysing operational data

- Strong experience in managing technical projects within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
/n
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
/n
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
/n
- Strong communication skills to effectively share updates and manage expectations.
/n
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
/n
