Our client is a leading Consultancy with multiple UK offices and this role will be based out of their Central London location. You will be expected to visit the office 3-4 times a week.
This is a mixed role of hands-on coding and leading the development team of 6, including:
- Helping lead various integrations within the business
- Collaborating with other departments to define project objectives and establish project plans
- Implementing best practices in coding and software design within the team
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Reviewing and approving code changes made by the team
- Working closely with the technology department to ensure alignment with company strategy
- Constantly improving team processes to optimise productivity
- Participating in recruitment activities to hire top talent for the team
