Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert on analytics governance standards.
- Build and establish a framework for analytics governance in line with data management practices.
- Train and mentor others in analytics governance.
- Identify and catalogue key data outputs across the business.
- Work with data owners to review, update, and track any improvements.
- Support colleagues in understanding and measuring their key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with BCBS239 and other data regulations.
- Engage with colleagues at all levels to get buy-in for analytics governance.
- Continuously review and improve how analytics governance is implemented.
