This leading professional services organisation are looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to support their finance function in the creation of advanced modelling and analytics capabilities. You will collaborate with both the management information and IT development teams to create and maintain a range of reports and dashboards in Power BI to support senior management decisioning and strategy.
You will work across a range of platforms and applications to extract data from various sources (using SQL), applying logic and calculations and presentation of the results in a meaningful way. The role will also include an element of modelling in Excel, assisting with forecasts and day-to-day maintenance of the Power BI platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Working within the finance team and liaising with other Business Services areas to create and maintain a library of reports.
- Ongoing maintenance and development of existing reports and dashboards.
- Assisting with data extraction and transformation processes.
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.
