Job Description
I am seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Data Officer to join my clients team on a 6-month contract. This role sits within their Asset Management function and focuses on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within their stock condition database. It is ideal for someone with strong spreadsheet skills, a logical mindset, and a keen eye for detail.

Description
- Review, cleanse, and update data within the stock condition database
- Perform regular data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Input and manage asset data to support compliance, planning, and reporting activities
- Generate reports and analyse data trends to support decision-making
- Liaise with internal teams to validate and gather information where necessary
- Assist in improving data processes and suggesting system improvements
Profile
- Proven experience working with spreadsheets (particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
