- Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Assist with hardware and software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the technology team to elevate and resolve complex issues.
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of support activities.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
- Provide user training and guidance to enhance understanding of IT systems.
