Job Description

3rd line Support Analyst to provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, and network systems. In this 3rd line role, you will troubleshoot complex issues, assist internal teams, and contribute to global IT projects.

Client Details

Engineering global leader in innovative label and packaging solutions. This is a 5 days a week office based role.

Description

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert IT support, resolve complex issues, and ensure smooth system operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, maintain high service standards, and drive IT best practices. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvements in support efficiency, system reliability, and user satisfaction.

Profile

You will support Windows 10/11, Server (), Linux, Microsoft 365, networking (Firewalls, Switches, WAP), and more. Expertise in Active Directory, VPNs, virtualisation, security tools, ITIL, and Cyber Essentials is essential.

With 5+ years in IT support, certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL, VMware, or Microsoft 365 are a plus but not essential.
