Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Ensure all IT systems are secure and compliant with company policies.
Document technical issues and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing.

Profile
A successful Senior IT Support should have:
