Own and maintain multiple project plans across several finance workstreams.
Track milestones, critical paths and dependencies.
Identify delivery risks before they become issues and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Ensure deliverables remain on track against ambitious programme deadlines.
Drive accountability across teams and challenge constructively when milestones are at risk.
Risk, Issue & Governance Management
Maintain RAID logs and governance documentation.
Coordinate project reporting and programme updates.
Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately.
Produce high-quality reporting and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships across Finance, HR, Technology and wider business teams.
Work closely with senior Workstream Leads and external delivery partners.
Influence stakeholders, navigate conflicting priorities and drive consensus.
Act as the "glue" between multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and momentum.
