We are seeking an experienced Laptop Deployment Engineer to support a large-scale end-user device refresh project. The role involves deploying laptops directly to users in a face-to-face environment, completing device setup and imaging through Microsoft Intune, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Description
- Deploy and hand over laptops to end users in person
- Image and configure devices using Microsoft Intune
- Support end-user onboarding and device setup activities
- Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues
- Migrate user data and settings where required
- Ensure devices comply with security and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service during deployment activities
- Maintain accurate deployment records and asset tracking
Profile
A successful IT Support professional should have:
- Proven experience in laptop deployment projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Experience with device imaging and provisioning
- Windows 10/11 deployment and support experience
- Excellent face-to-face customer support skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Experience working in large-scale refresh or rollout programmes
Job Offer
- Daily rate of £200 - £250, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary position within the Financial Services industry.
