- Description
- Own incidents and service requests through to successful resolution
- Provide advanced remote and onsite support for Windows, mac OS, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Share Point
- Diagnose and resolve issues across endpoint management platforms such as Intune and SCCM
- Support video conferencing and collaboration technologies
- Perform structured troubleshooting using logs, event viewers, and device management tools
- Manage escalations while maintaining ownership through to completion
- Create and maintain knowledge articles and operational documentation
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user access and device provisioning
- Communicate technical updates clearly to end users and stakeholders

A successful IT Support should have
- Experience delivering Level 2 technical support
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, mac OS, and i OS support
- Proven Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, device compliance, and application deployment
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
- Strong ticket management, prioritisation, and documentation skills
- Understanding of SLA-driven support environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or VIP users is advantageous
- Knowledge of Jamf for mac OS management is beneficial
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts including SSO and MFA
- Exposure to security technologies such as Zscaler and Crowd Strike
- ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience preferred
- Experience creating knowledge documentation and reducing recurring issues

- Daily rate of £200 outside IR35.
